Summer Evening at the Ballpark

Other than the smell when you first walk into Home Depot, or a Sunday afternoon nap, or baby Hadley's fat thighs, I can't think of anything better than spending a summer evening at a baseball game. We made a visit to the Boise Hawks stadium last night with the kiddos and Wilson's pal from down the street. Honestly, sitting in the stands and hearing the thump of the 87mph ball hitting the catcher's mitt when it is 79 degrees and still light at 9pm is so very fine.

This is what I will be dreaming of in January.
(No, not Coors Light. Sitting outside with my family at 9:21pm with a bag of sunflower seeds to share)
