Channeling the Ancestors

I can't think of much I would rather do than listen to bagpipes. The more, the better. The louder, the better. Today we spent the afternoon doing that. It was a beautiful fall day, and my thoughts turned to my dad, who adored pipe music and anything Scottish, and to James Ure and Janet Scott, my third great-grandparents, who joined the church in Scotland and then immigrated with many others to Utah. Six hours later and I still have pipe drones in my head.

Who knew Kevin Youkilis played the pipes?
